The North cushions have been repurposed from bags which are used as transport bags attached to animals which move goods from one village to another.
This type of cushion is made by female artisans in the north of Argentina.
The cushions are made by using a loom weaving technique and are plant-dyed with yerba mate, quinchamal and onion.
